The Neurobatic contact team uses the name, contact details, location, organisation and requirements you choose to provide to respond, assess pilot suitability and discuss your request. Forms are processed through WordPress hosting and form services and delivered to our designated contact mailbox and authorised internal forwarding address.

Updates & choices

Product and pilot updates require a separate optional choice. You may use the enquiry form to stop marketing contact or request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable necessary record-retention requirements.

Scope & retention

Do not send identity documents, payment details, health information or confidential technical files in an initial enquiry. Information is retained only for enquiry handling and necessary records, with use restricted to authorised personnel. Hosting and technical services may involve processing across borders.

Website & third-party content

WordPress may use necessary functionality and security technologies. External YouTube and research sites have their own privacy policies and process visits when their links are opened.

Interest-registration terms

Submitting interest is not a purchase order, contractual commitment, delivery guarantee, price lock or capacity reservation; no payment is required. Any future sale, lease, subscription or financing requires a separate definitive agreement covering hardware, service, acceptance, fees, tenure, cancellation and responsibilities. 2028–2030 is a target planning window.
